Yes. There will be time for questions at the end, and you are welcome to follow up with Beth afterwards.

No. You're very welcome to simply listen and take it all in. There will be opportunities to ask questions if you'd like to, but there's absolutely no expectation.

No, it's your choice. That said, because we're exploring the nervous system, it really does help Beth to be able to see friendly human faces rather than a gallery of black squares. Humans co-regulate one another, and she's no exception! If you feel comfortable having your camera on, she'd really appreciate it.

Some sessions, such as those for parents and carers, will be recorded and shared with everyone who registers, so you can catch up if you're unable to attend live.
Other sessions are live-only to encourage conversation and interaction.
