Nervous system literacy for professionals and educators

Our training explores how the nervous system really works: how stress and overwhelm shape behaviour and how emotional regulation underpins everything

Mental wellbeing in the UK has been steadily declining since 2016*.

The challenges young people face are relevant to us all. We’re biologically designed to survive in a world very different from the one we live in today.

Understanding the human nervous system and the huge impact it has on our daily lives, health and relationships is a foundation for self-awareness and resilience.

Our training draws on insights from neuroscience, psychology and lived experience to explain how the nervous system works to keep us safe.

We teach nervous system literacy to understand the science of being human, because when we start to see ourselves and each other through this biological lens, things begin to make so much more sense.
